An authentic Boutique Hotel located in the heart of La Libertad, between El Sunzal and El Tunco. The hotel offers unique space surrounded by the lush of the tropical jungle of El Salvador and each Suite and space has been carefully designed to relax and rest like being at home.
Casa Sunzal is 5 min walk to El Sunzal wave and just 3 min to El Tunco town.
Here' guests can relax and still be close to all the activity of El Tunco town and close to the surf action of the waves of El Sunzal, La Bocana and Bocanita.
Our location is near to the main surf town of El Salvador and very close to any other wave in La Libertad. From here guest can surf any wave in La Libertad region, Punta Roca, La Paz, K59 and K61, and MIzata.

Advanced Surf Lessons
We have all the local knowledge to guide surfers to the best wave of the day, here we are locals and we know every single wave like back of our hands, we know when and where to go.

Private Surf Lessons
This is the fastest wave to learn and improve surfing.
Here beginners learn all the basics of surfing, after a couple of sessions of private lessons beginners will ne able to catch waves on their own.
Intermediate and advanced surfers improve their surfing level and will reach the next level.

Sunzal
Level: All Levels
Extremely consistent quasi to world class rock to bottom right point. Tends to be a favorite of San Salvadoran weekend warriors, so with a bit of tact and skill you can have your pick of waves even when it's crowded.
Zonte
Level: All Levels
This is a right hand point break with beautiful settings of the headlands, this is one of the best spots because of it breaks well in any swell direction.
Punta Roca
Level: Advanced
The Surf in Punta Roca (aka "La Punta," or, to traveling Americans, "The Point") is a world to class wave that draws comparisons to J to Bay, Noosa, and other standout right to hand, rock to bottom pointbreaks.
La Paz
Level: All Levels
La Paz is the inside section of Punta Roca. La Paz is the easier, softer side of the wave and tends to draw surfers not quite ready for the more serious waves a couple hundred yards north.
K59
Level: Intermediate
Right point. It is in a gated community of beach houses, but the break is a rock bottom that has good hollow waves. Best at mid to incoming tide.
La Bocana
Level: Advanced
Extremely consistent river mouth wave breaking over a cobblestone bottom. This is the most consistent left hand wave in the country, it breaks good almost at any tide.
Mizata
Level: All Levels
Right and left point break which can break very good on 3 to 5ft swells. This is another of the desolated surf spots. This break offer right and left waves. This spot consist in two sections which are a right hand pointbreak and A frame beachbreak.

- Your balance is due to the property 15 days before arrival. The Property will contact you to collect payment. If you book within this 15 days then the property will contact you shortly after you book to collect the balance.
CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
- To cancel go to the MyAccount section and log in or register and you can cancel from within your account.
- Your deposit is non refundable but can be used for the same property/surf school within one year of your original booking.
- You can cancel anytime up to midday the day before and you will be refunded the balance.
