A spacious, one of a kind, family friendly Surf Villa with a stunning view. This beautiful, laid to back luxury villa is just 5 minutes away from the famous Costa Azul surf breaks.
With expansive outdoor areas including a terrace, outdoor dining with grill, heated pool, spa, and fire pit, this fabulous home is perfect for relaxing and having a wonderful time with friends and family while on a surf trip.
There is a main house and two "bungalows":
The main house has 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. There is a large open kitchen, a living room and dining room, an office/workspace and wireless internet access.
The top bungalow has 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, a separate area with a kitchenette and sofa, and a terrace with a table for outdoor dining with an ocean view.
The bottom bungalow has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette, living and dining room and a front porch perfect for your morning coffee.
Location
Costa Azul is the main surfing area in all of Los Cabos. It is home to some of the best surfing breaks in Mexico which are Zippers, The Rock, Old man's and Middles.
They are all right next to each other and only a 5 minute walk away from "VillaVida".
Costa Azul also offers great surf shops, board rentals, restaurants, and cafes. It is a beautiful long Beach perfect for relaxing, having some beers, and especially catching some waves.

The Rock

The wave itself is extremely fun. It is a right reefbreak that is often a little mushy in certain parts. You won’t find anyone complaining out there. The proper takeoff area is pretty small — right next to the rock — The Rock is just one of those waves where you will have a great session no matter what level you are.
Zippers
Level: Advanced
Chances are even if you’ve never visited the Cabo San Lucas area of Baja Sur, you’ve still heard of Zippers. This is simply because – besides being one of the best waves in the region – it has been ground zero for the local surf scene since the ’80s. Zippers is a wave sufficient enough in quality that just a few good ones can make your session.
Old man´s
Level: All Levels
Old man's is a lapping, yet fun, pointbreak, It’s a pretty simple wave to figure out: Paddle to the top of the point and try and pick off one that rolls all the way through to the beach, just west of La Roca. If you’re coming to do some relaxing longboarding, or learn to surf, Old Man’s is just what you’re looking for

- Your balance is due to the property 15 days before arrival. The Property will contact you to collect payment. If you book within this 15 days then the property will contact you shortly after you book to collect the balance.
CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
- To cancel go to the MyAccount section and log in or register and you can cancel from within your account.
- Your deposit is non refundable but can be used for the same property/surf school within one year of your original booking.
- You can cancels anytime up to 7 days before travelling and you be refunded the balance.

Such a great place. Pictures didn't do it justice. It's beautiful and peaceful- a real retreat. The whole place is clean and quiet and great for entertainment. The walk down to the beach is pleasant and you can't beat the location for surfing!

VillaVida is a little gem in San Jose del Cabo. Loved everything about our stay. Camila is gracious and friendly. The rooms immaculate and spacious.
