Our villa is the perfect place for those who prefer an intimate atmosphere and privacy and want to enjoy peaceful holidays in the countryside. The villa has more than 30,000 square metres of land where you can go for a walk, relax and, if you are coming with children, play around. You can practise sports without leaving the property. If you are keen on running, biking or trekking this place is ideal for you.
Villa Ericeira has more than 600 constructed m2 divided into 3 floors (garage, first floor and second floor) and more than 33,000 m2 of land. The house can accommodate 10 guests and has a great arrangement. It has been constructed with first quality materials and decorated with wonderful furniture than will make you feel very comfortable and get the most out of your well deserved holidays with us.
Loocated in Lagoa (Santo Isidoro) is just 5 kilometres from Ribeira de Ilhas and the World Surfing Reserve, a 10 to minute by car.
We offer you more than a simple accommodation, we offer you a unique experience: An outdoor swimming pool, Surf lessons, BBQ time, yoga classes, running routes. You will disconnect with us in our amazing Portuguese Villa. We will spend time with you if you want :)
Each day starts with a healthy delicious breakfast, prepared with Love. We use fresh, local ingredients, seasonal fruit, bread, yoghurt, oats, smoothies, juices, coffee and tea. This wonderful awakening meal is included in the room price.

Location
It is located in the heart of the World Surfing Reserve of Ericeira, that contains worldwide renowned surf beaches such as Ribera d'Ilhas, Pedra Branca, Reef, Cave, Crazy Left, Coxos and São Lourenço. Its privileged setting on the top of a hill provides a calm and peaceful atmosphere and a wonderful view of vineyards.
Ericeira, a beautiful traditional fishing town, is only 7 kilometers away and you can get to vibrant Lisbon in 40 minutes.

We have planned the house arrangement in order to adapt to your needs. The ground floor contains a garage with a capacity for 4 cars, a bathroom, a storeroom and a laundry room. On the first floor, which is the main floor, there are two luxury suites with marble ensuite bathrooms (both rooms have king size bedrooms and one of them a hydromassage bathtube), a majestic corridor that leads to the garage and the second floor, a living to dining room with several sofas, a dining table for 8 people, a fireplace that will enlive the winter nights and a spectacular terrace to enjoy the summer. There is an open to plan kitchen provided not only with all the electrical appliances (dishwasher, glass to ceramic hob, oven, microwave, etc.), but also with another fireplace, acces to a covered terrace and exit to the barbecue and ponds area.
On the second floor you can find a reading corner and working area with sofas an a big table.
There is a barbecue area outside with a big marble table for more than 10 people. This area is fully equipped with fridge and sinks and has a beautiful view of the garden and the ponds.

Best time to go depends on your level above. July, August & September are the peak tourist months.
This is where you surf Europe's best coast line and let the fun begin.There are over 12 surf breaks along the Ericeira coast, with different options for all standards. With so much choice you'll feel like a kid in a sweet shop! The area was introduced in the Stormriders Surf Guide to Europe with the heading "Enter the Heartland".
World Surf Reserve
In 2011 it was awarded the title of 'World Surf Reserve', there are only 2 other places in the world that share the title: Santa Cruz, US and Manly, Australia.
If it is your first surfing holiday to Ericeira then head straight to Foz do Lizandro and Sao Juliao beaches south of town, they are perfect beginner and intermediate surf spots. Closer to town is Praia do Sul. Another great beginner beach breaks. All best at mid tide but surfable at high and low tide also.
For Intermediates you have the reliable and safe reef break Ribeira d'Ilhas, which host the WSL World qualifying series surf championships every year. And for the more adventurous you have the world class Coxos. That's just naming a few, there are too many surf breaks to mention here!
Don't forget to explore further up the coast - 25 minutes away is Santa Cruz and an hour away is Peniche, home to the World renowned Supertubos and host of the Rip Curl Pro since 2009. 30 minutes south of Lisbon is the Cascais coast with the famous Praia do Guincho surf beach. And when north winds are blowing you can venture further south towards Carcevelos beach and the other surf spots along the Lisbon coast.
