A colorful surf hostel that looks onto the Pacific Ocean!
The hostel can accommodate guests with options between private, four, six, eight, ten, and twelve bed dorms available. We also have an eight bed female only dorm. Our common areas consist of a kitchen, dining room, lounge including Netflix, wifi, 20+ outlets, and our deck with an ocean view. The deck looks directly at the waves so checking for the best conditions is made easy.
We have plenty of board storage and an outdoor shower to rinse wetsuits.
Surf lessons are available upon request. We rent foam boards for $20 a day or a wetsuit and board for $25. We provide breakfast and dinner at no additional charge.
Location
In San Diego, California, Pacific Beach is a little gem. Shops, condos, restaurants and bars line the board walk on one side and the glorious waves of Southern California roll in on the other.
The streets are lively in the evening and full of skateboards, roller blades, bikes, scooters, and runners during the day. Downtown San Diego is a quick 12 minute ride from the Hostel. La Jolla Cove is a 10 minute drive or 30 minute bike ride from our surf hostel.
Great waves can be found at all of the beaches around us in San Diego.

Fun beach wave in front of the hostel. A great wave to learn how to surf. During winter the wave can become 5 to 8' during winter swells
