Santa Teresa is located on the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula, very close to a big nature reserve and fishing town. From San jose you have to cross with a ferry to get here. The roads are still unpaved but the town has all the conveniences you are looking for during your stay and of course some of the best surf in Costa Rica.
Lucero is located in the middle of town with restaurants and supermarket near, the surf beach is only a few minutes walking.
Our property lies on a hill side in the center of town, walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. We have four private room and one bigger apartment. All rooms come with AC, ceiling fan and a safe, wifi.
There is a pool and a small restaurant on the property for our guests. Breakfast and lunch is included in the package.

Surfing Playa Santa Teresa is a mix of sand and volcanic rock which create some barrel riding waves. Hermosa offers gentler waves, an excellent spot for beginners.

Santa Teresa is a year round surf destinations. From April to October is the larger swell season. From December to March waves are smaller but nice and clean, usually around 4 foot and it is probably the best time to stay at a Santa Teresa Surf Camp. The Wind is not usually a major factor and glassy offshore conditions are usually best in the morning.
The area has dozens of waves off the beaten track waiting to be explored and surfed from Manzanillo in the north and around to Montezuma on the other side. Come Surf Santa Teresa with us...
