Location

Loredo is 30 minutes from Santander and there exists the possibility of crossing Santanders exquisite bay by a ferry boat. A must for all our guests!

The Surf House is ideally located in the middle of the town, close to all the restaurants,supermarkets and shops.

Loredo beach has several kilometres of golden sand and waves for all levels. Near Loredo, Langre Beach is another unique beach offering shelter from NW winds meaning that in a very short distance we can always find waves no matter what the wind has in store for us..

The Place

La Curva Surf House is a beautiful typical Cantabrian country house converted into a Surf House and located in the middle of the charming sea side village of Loredo. The house sits on the old,"Camino de Santiago" pilgrimage route, famous for its historical and cultural significance.

Due to the layout of the house, peace and rest are guaranteed. Both the kitchen and the chill out areas are separated from the house by a large 2500m2 garden meaning that the noise commonly associated to these areas will not disturb those who are in need of some peace and quiet.

Our Surf House is ideally located, only 50 meters from the Surf School "La Curva" and 400 meters from the beach. The village offers wonderful views surrounded both by mountains and the sea.

It features several shared rooms with a different number of bunk beds from 2, 4, 6 or 8 people. The shared bathroom and shower rooms are very practical and the showers are separated into individual units with a small changing area in each unit.

The surf house is naturally accommodated for travelling surfers with everything they may need to store and look after their equipment.
The facilities are great and you can relax or play volleyball in our 2500m2 garden.

We also offer accommodation in two different hotels of the village. Also near of the surf school and the beach.
Breakfast is included as well.

Surf Lessons we offer:

Kids Surf Lessons

We offer lessons for kids groups and the max instructor to student ratio is 1:6. Each lesson is up to 2 hours per day and includes Surfboard and Wetsuit. We meet you in the school and take you to the beach. To learn and have fun are our main priorities.

Beginner Surf Lessons

Our lessons are 2 hours per day and include Surfboard and Wetsuit. We meet you in the school and take you to the beach. Student ratio is 1:8 for adults. You will learn everything from standing techniques to turning and finally paddling outside and learning how to catch unbroken waves.

Intermediate Surf Lessons

Our lessons are 2 hours per day and include Surfboard and Wetsuit. We meet you in the school and take you to the beach. Student ratio is 1:8 for adults. You will learn how waves are formed, how weather conditions create the surf and be given step by step guidance that will have you up and riding the waves on your first day!

Advanced Surf Lessons

Our lessons are 2 hours per day and include Surfboard and Wetsuit. We meet you in the school and take you to the beach. Student ratio is 1:8 for adults. You will learn how waves are formed, how weather conditions create the surf and be given step by step guidance that will have you up and riding the waves on your first day!

Private Surf Lessons

Important! an average level of surfing is needed! This is not a surfing lesson, is a surfari. We take you to the best surf spot under the conditions of that day for you to give a bath. This service is not available from July 15 to August 30.
