About
The Surf Club of Faro is the reference in the practice of Surf in central Algarve area. Born of the will of some "local" who felt the need to find a structure that could support the sport in Praia de Faro and enable the practice, whether competitive or recreational
Founded on January 29, 1990, the schools have formed several generations of surfers in the region.
The training and competition in the younger generation are the main part of its work.

- Due to changing tides exact surf lesson start times are not decided until the week of your lesson.
- After you book we will contact you the week of your lesson to tell you your lessons start time.
Kids Surf
We offer classes for children from 6 to 12, which has to be accompanied by parents. Classes will last two hours and include all the material. Student is 1;5
Beginner Surf
We offer beginner classes. Classes will last two hours and include all material.we can catch the surfers at the hotel if necessary. student is 1: 10
Intermediate Surf
We offer intermediate classes. Classes will last 2 hours our more and include all material.we can catch the surfers at the hotel if necessary.
Advanced Surf
We offer advanced lessons. Classes will last two hours our more . the surf lesson will be filmed and visualized
Private Surf
These classes are for all levels and are built as Surfer choice
Surf Guide
Surf guide for the entire Portugal with capacity to teach all levels, with surf material if necessary
SUP
In calm and relax waters in the Natural Park off Ria Formosa. Each lesson takes 2 hours.

Cancelling
- To cancel go to the MyAccount section and log in or register and you can cancel from within your account.
- Your deposit is non refundable but can be used for the same property/surf school within one year of your original booking.
What happens if the surf school cancel the Surf Lessons?
In the rare occasion that conditions do not allow for the surf lesson to go ahead you will be given a full refund.
