Kids Surf

We offer lessons for kids aged 4-9, with a 2 hour duration. Student ratio is 1:4. Board, wetsuit and insurance are included.

Beginner Surf

Our lesson begins with a good warmup. Then we begin teaching the technique: paddling, catching waves, stand up, take off, safety measures, ocean conditions etc. The third part is practicing the theory in the sea: help, advices and feedback from the coaches plus lots of fun! The last is moment is about reviewing the lesson, relaxation and enjoyment: includes stretching, breathing and feedfoward.

Intermediate Surf

Our lesson begins with a good warmup. Then we begin teaching the technique: positioning, take off faster, gaining speed, turning right and left, etc. The third part is practicing the theory in the sea: help, advices and feedback from the coaches plus lots of fun! The last is moment is about reviewing the lesson, relaxation and enjoyment: includes stretching, breathing and feedfoward.

Advanced Surf

Our lesson begins with a good warmup. Then we begin teaching the technique: good posture, bottom turn properly, gaining speed on small waves, cutback, top turns... The third part is practicing the theory in the sea: help, advice and feedback from the coaches plus lots of fun! The last is moment is about reviewing the lesson, relaxation and enjoyment: includes stretching, breathing and feedfoward.

Private Surf

Our private lesson begins with a good warmup. Then we begin teaching the right technique for your level. The third part is practicing the theory in the sea: personal help, advice and persistent feedback from the coach plus lots of fun! The last is moment is about reviewing the lesson, relaxation and enjoyment: includes stretching, breathing and feedfoward. Fast way to learn and improve on surfing

Surf Guide

Surf the best spots around with few crowds. It´s very disappointing to make all the way here and then miss the best waves because you don´t know what are the right conditions, swell and wind direction or the best tide to each spot, neither what sand bank is working better. Instead, ask for our surf guides to surf better waves, eat local fresh food and get to know the portuguese culture.
